The TC has a file with the same name and we want to avoid overwriting it. Find the file patch_rt.mpq in the main Starcraft directory and rename it to patch_rtOLD.mpq (you can also back it up). Broodwar is also necessary for the TC to work, patched to 1.07 (patch and patcher included). The editor works (with occasional crashes), so if there are to be fixes, or new quality content and anyone needs help, make a post here and we'll see as a community if we could do something about reviving this project and share it.
They demanded the files to be removed by sites, so the project was abandoned in an incomplete state. But the mod's name and the fact that it would use units that they would appear in an upcoming commercial product, Warcraft 3, caught Blizzard's attention. They released an alpha version, an update and they would continue with a 3.0 version (it's possible that it was released briefly).
